Shipping Information: All materials are delivered directly to the project site, and shipping charges are included in the price of the project.

Special order items will require an additional shipping charge and are subject to the shipping schedule of the manufacturer.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Customers have 3 days from the date of the accepted bid proposal to cancel any remodeling project.

Once we start your remodeling project, you are responsible for payment of the entire remodeling project as outlined by the terms of your accepted bid proposal.

How long will my remodeling project take?

Individual remodeling projects vary in scope and duration. We will always give you the date that we will begin your project. Once we begin your project, we give you a conservative extimate as to how long, weather permitting, your project will take to complete under normal conditions.

What could cause a change in the estimated completion date of my project?

Circumstances that will change the completion date of your project include, but are not limited to: Special order parts and materials, Strikes of manufacturer or retail personnel, Acts of terrorism, Acts of God.

Do I get to pick out my own colors?

Whenever possible we try to provide a full palette of comtemporary colors to choose from.

Can I buy my own materials?

We recommend that you let us purchase the materials for you, as we only deal with the most reputable manufacturers and suppliers in the industry. However, you do have the option to purchase your owm materials. We do NOT gaurantee the quality nor do we offer any warranty for materials we do not purchase ourselves.
